Experts who are licensed advisers are labelled as such; those who aren’t are prohibited from giving individual portfolio advice on the platform.
Every forecast is a structured object: a precise question, a stated probability, a deadline, and a named resolution source. When the deadline passes, the source settles it. We compute directional accuracy (did the more-likely-than-not call happen?), Brier scores (how close was the stated probability to reality?), and calibration tables (when they say 60%, how often does it happen?).
